Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You shoulder submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. For Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped,we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. 
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Drop off you package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Buyer can apply for return or change within 14 days after sign for delivery

5. If you need to return the product,the shipping fee forth would be subtracted no matter whether it’s free shipping fee or not when ordering. Since it’s already paid to the courier when shipping. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service first time,we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • If you do really want to return the item back to us,please contact with us directly first,and then we will offer you the returned address.We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us first.
  • The returned item should be in good new condition,we do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way,or we have right to refuse your returning request.
  • Once we receive your returned package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions,please do not worry about it.
  • Please note that return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
  • Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
